Welcome to my technical writing portfolio!
As a technical writer, I bridge the gap between product, users, and client-facing support teams – translating complex products and platforms into accessible, understandable content while adhering to style guidelines.
In my previous role at Simpli.fi, I managed a high-volume publishing cadence of 3–5 monthly publications, each consisting of 5–10+ technical articles. This experience strengthened my ability to effectively prioritize and balance multiple projects with competing deadlines.
Below, my portfolio includes knowledge base strategy, UX/CX-focused documentation, and other cross-functional projects, including a case study for a gen AI health tech company I was a finalist for.

Simpli.fi Writing Samples
At Simpli.fi, I owned a large-scale knowledge base of 2,000+ technical articles, including how-to guides, FAQs, product documentation, and internal workflows. My work spanned UX/UI content for a SaaS platform as well as internal enablement, supporting end users and cross-functional support teams.
I also led ongoing knowledge base audits to ensure documentation remained accurate, updated, and structured - treating the help center as a living system. By keeping documentation up to date, the help center remained a dependable source of truth for clients and internal teams, reducing support escalations and streamlining internal processes.

Case Studies
These case studies highlight my approach to technical writing as a living system - focusing on structure, standardization, formatting, cross-functional alignment, and mirroring documentation with how users interact with a product. Each project outlines the overview, problems, my role/what I did, impacts, and a final takeaway.
