I served as a Technical Writer for Simpli.fi for almost four years. During this role, I maintained and authored a knowledge base consisting of 2,000+ technical articles (how-to’s, FAQs, detailed product guides, UX/UI writing for SaaS platforms, internal workflows/processes) and conducted consistent content audits to ensure documentation was never stale - treating it as a living system.
